Authorities have released footage of G. Dep in the interrogation room confessing to his involvement in another murder back in 1993.
In December 2010, Dep entered the 25th precinct and admitted to robbery and shooting of a Harlem man 17 years ago. He plead not guilty with his trial beginning this week.
damn homie
That shit is just sad on all counts. Just sad.
damn, them demons must of been haunting him hard to confess 17 years later.
[…] a little confused as to which this is. It’s definitely from 2010, but according to Rap Radar via MTV, it’s not for the same murder that he’s on trial for. Watch the footage below, […]
his lawyer is saying he was high on crack during the confession.
sometime you have something eating away at you from the inside, something that consumes ya thoughts and it becomes to much of a burden to keep holding on to it….getting shit off ya chest, off ya conscious can such a relief!
but after that relief he then has to deal with a whole new set of problems…..i.e: jail, lack of freedom, regret….I wish homie the best in this situation. Hold ya head G, I know it was hard to do but now the really hard part comes….dealing with ya actions.
Who gives a fuck he’s a murderer SMH
@ Khalifa: he wasn’t just a murderer… he’s somebody son, somebody’s brother, somebody’s friend, maybe someone’s father. I do understand that the victim too could have been those thing but you’re being cold-hearted… i don’t know you, you might have been a victim of such a violent act but your reaction ain’t bringing nobody back and it’s not stopping anyone from being killed tonight… that shit’s deep…
@R.Cey: he also took somebody’s son, brother, friend, husband, or father. In my eyes, he’s a coward and a disgrace to the human race, and confessing to the murder decades later does nothing to alleviate that. Fuck him and RIP to the man that had his life cut short by this shallow fuck.
STICK A FORK IN THIS DUDE…
17 years later tho?
i mean damn he coulda just thrown some sublims in on a song. he didnt have to snitch on himself like that.
you killed somebody? no pity …………there must be consequences…
who leaked this footage to the public? don’t they realize that uploading this might discourage other people from coming forward and confessing? some people may be willing to own up to their past deeds, but the idea of their confession getting a million hits as a viral video on youtube might kill any sense of contrition that might compel people to make a confession in the future. wtf? terribly shortsighted to upload this….
FUCK THE HATERS! THIS NIGGA IS REAL! FUCKIN’ BITCHES THESE DAYS CAN’T FORGIVE A REAL NIGGA! GO LISTEN TO SKATEBOARDIN’ GANGSTAS, YOU PUSSY ASS NIGGAS!
WHERE ARE THEY NOW?
If you want the problems we gon hurry up and come bury ya, ima play the courier…SPECIAL DELIVERY
Y’ALL R DUMB NEVER STICK UP FOR A COLD HEARTED MURDERER. SHITS FUCKED UP THIS NIGGA CRAZY. niggas with guns= problems,.SMH todays society has too much violence because of ignorant ppl who take lives of innocent ppl

@Khalifa so what rapper are you listening to?
yea i got no love for the nigga. hopefully he dealing wit demons and that made him confess. i wouldve rather he confess to a church or something if he looking for forgiveness.
the family of that man can finally have a bit of justice and thats a great thing. they probably couldve had a civil lawsuit against him to get some money when he was relevant in the game. so he now confesses when he has no money to be sued for.
and i’m just waiting for the genius to post a comment blaming diddy for all this. rap label ceo’s are not fathers to their employees. just the hand that signs those checks
I blame Diddy.
justice for John Henkel lock up g-dep
@Obama that’s irrelevant. All im tryna say is he’s a murderer and I don’t have sympathy for a murderer.
[…] he wrote and today G-Dep was convicted of killing John Henkel 17 years ago. Back in 2010. Dep confessed to the crime. He faces 15 years to LIFE in prison. His sentence is scheduled for May 8th. Share […]
