Inspired by the film, The Hunger Games, here’s the first drop from Tito Lopez’s upcoming mixtape. Tito takes charge lyrically, but the overall track falls flat. Nonetheless, they told me to tell you The Hunger Game arrives June 14th.

I like this kid, good to hear him spit something outside of freestyle raps and see that it looks like he can write songs too. And the fact that homie is on some lyrical shit and really trying to spit in these days and times where emcees do the minimal it takes lyrically to get by I gotta do nothing but respect it.
Even if it’s not his best song, sun has mad potential and I look forward to hearing more from him.

How the fuk does this “fall flat?” that shit didnt even make sense he takes charge lyrically but the trak falls flat? The beat would have to have been doody butt cheeks but the beats straight. I dont get the way you judge shit

I don’t think this track falls flat at all. I think people are so used to hearing Tito spit hard and aggressive with the freestyles, that a slow paced song like this may throw them off. Especially with a name like “THE HUNGER GAME”. But I’ve been a TITO fan for years, this track is one of his nicest, and I’m sure in the context of his mixtape, it will fit brilliantly. Keep it up Tito. Show em ur an ARTIST not just a RAPPER! Don’t let them box you in nigga!!!

The only thing “falling flat” are these gimmicky ass rappers after they listen to the track… cuz Tito is coming for their spot and their money.
