The truth is the rap game is just like any other industry. There is only so much room for rappers producers promoters graphic designers managers and whatnot. Like prrofessional sports some of those positions favor the young. You have to intelligently assess the likelyhood of being able to make a living doing what you’re doing. If you’re doing it for love and art this isn’t a consideration. But if you’re trying to be a capitalist in this society you better do a thorough assessment because even after that you’re more than likely to fail.
