  6. The Truth says:

Those songs are going on their mixtape that’s coming out about a week or so before their album drops, Eminem wouldn’t give Joe Budden the green light to preview any songs from the album!!!

  7. The Truth says:

That first song is off Nas new album def on the mixtape

  8. Evil says:

Why they use an old EM verse as part of the hook? “Juggernauts of this rapshit” is from EMs verse on Patiently Wating where he refers to BIG,PAC and Big L.
    Atleast get a new hook

  9. St810 says:

    The Colorado reference was unnecessary.

  10. tr says:

To be honest, their music is kinda weak.

There are differences between being great lyricists, being able to write meaningful lyrics, and being able to make good music.

Nas showed all three are possible. Slaughter House is hovering around 1/3 quite frankly. They spit dope lyrics about nothing. Beats are hit and miss.

  12. deez says:

sloppyhouse*..notice that no one else had to preview their songs, they simply release them with confidence because they know theyre music is going to get play..

  13. poetic assasin says:

@tr one of the best posts I’ve read in a min — I love slaughterhouse, but you have to be more than great lyricists – put a good song together — you have four monsters on the mic and nothing creative comes from them – doesn’t have to be back and forth every track similar to how kiss and styles do it, but come on man i need more than 4 verses about how ill you are and how others aren’t on every track

  14. deez says:

yall niggas do not understand we want that gully hiphop that we can literally ride in our whips to, smoke weed too, is it that hard?!!

  15. deez says:

ab-soul and black hippy are coming to the rescue my fellow disappointed sloppyhouse fans, they atleast know how to make MUSIC…

  16. deez says:

@poetic_assasin these dudes cannot create a good song, ur analogy to kiss and styles is amazing, because its so true, those dudes do the same shit, but yet jadakiss pulled it off a couple of times cuz his verses are so greasy, but yeah these dudes have no chemestry its sounds like they are going back and forth but they are literally going back and forth over the internet and sending verses to each other, this aint how a major debut album is done people..

  17. deez says:

    @tr co the fucking sign

  18. The Truth says:

I guarantee their album will be dope as fuck as long as the beats are there, Budden aint all that nice to me though he’s alright but his voice is irritating, only simple minded people listen to music just to ride in their whips and smoke weed to, if that’s the case listen to Waka Gucci, 2 chainz, or the rest of that fucking noise!!!

  19. Jus10 says:

How big is that bowl of cereal? It takes me like 3-4 minutes to eat a decent portion, and this dude Joe been at that for 10 minutes??? I guess that mean Slaughter is HUNGRY. 😉

…This is MUCH better than “My Life” and “Throw Away”. I’m expecting this type of music.

  20. poetic assasin says:

@The Truth — no their album won’t be dope as long as the beats are there — if the content isn’t good, and they are rapping the same way they did on their last album/mixtape who cares what the beats sound like — Going back to Nas, because as lyricists they can be placed in a category near him — he just put out a concept album in a sense – the title “Life is Good” then he built an album around it with songs that talked about his ups and downs, and what makes him who he is today— again the theme wasn’t locked down completely, but that was the main direction — the beats were diff, some were great some were ok, but he didn’t water down his lyrical content and made a great album— with slaughterhouse they just rap, and it upsets me especially being a big Budden fan and knowing how creative he is – Royce is just chillin, he is creative too – I dunno what Joell is doing and Crooked just goes off – but we need more than that — “move on” was a good song that showed versatility in the subject matter “monsters” was ok but no one knew what to do with the topic — its sad man, I want them to do well but they all seem lost.

  22. PistolPistol says:

Shits creative and lines are new so…… Fuck outta here!
Again, if your gonna bitch, go bump their older shit.
And their “no content” lyrics/ tracks still make that young$ bullshit look shameful…

  24. The Truth says:

@ poetic assasin their contet is fine with me but you can’t really judge them based off Nas, he is a legend, I would call Jay-Z a lyricist but at times his content isn’t there, he talks about how nice he is and all his material things and I still consider him top 5 all time, if I want to judge them by you Nas Life is good standards then listen to their solo work but as far as a group I’m not really looking for that I want them to spit bars over dope ass beats which you don’t really see from anyone really aside from Jay-Z and Kanye and maybe Pusha T with Pharell and Eminem when not on a pop beat, Us fans either get the dope as beats with wack rhymes or dope rhymes with wack beats, I want dope beats and rhymes!!!

  25. The Truth says:

Damn a brother need spell check like a mug, laughing at my own self on my spelling above damn son!!!

  26. poetic assasin says:

@Pistolpistol – that’s a reason people don’t respond intellectually on this site because there are many that take a debate and see it as hate — I really don’t know why this culture is afraid to go back and forth with dialogue and expression without calling something hate.

@The Truth – as a group they still look like their trying to get their feet set – regardless if they put out an album already – They are signed to a major but other then their bank account I don’t see how it helped them– they rarely get any play on the radio in my area – their names werent even put up in the beginning with the Bet awards – got rushed at Summer Jam…. I dunno – maybe I was expecting them to just take off after they got signed to Shady, but I forgot its still under interscope… I love when they spit and go off because they are just way past everyone else, but once in awhile I would love to see them mix it up and show that they can do more than that.

  27. R says:

This getting better ! Hope they they don’t put my Life or any type tracks like that to fuck up the album then I’m coping 2.

  28. UnKnOwN says:

Nigga gettin skinny dating all those so called models got Joe evaporating… too bad he don’t have Magic Johnson money and he’s down to his last aid… Like Clyde Drexler said if he New Magic would live this long he would’ve tried to get the MVP of the sympathy all star game.

  29. 7Mile says:

ISN’T THIS ROSS’ WEBSITE? TELL HIM DON’T FLASH HIS TOUR BUS ON INSTAGRAM AND PARK IT IN THE HOOD! WE TOOK THAT FAGGOT JESUS PIECES AND TRASHED THAT BITCH WITH DETROIT UNSIGNED ARTIST CD’S! IF YOU NOT JEEZY OR SOMEONE FROM HERE DON’T EXPECT GOOD! SEE WHAT WE WAS ABOUT TO DO WITH 2 CHAINZ

  30. Flash says:

Guess no one heard when they previewed like 3-4 introspective tracks…

  31. The Truth says:

@ poetic assasin I hear you to a certain extinct but as far as Nas goes he really don’t get a lot a radio play either in my area maybe he gets more play on the east coast but the brother can spit, truth be told Royce is just as nice as Jay-Z and some of the greats are because he’s really not mainstream he doesn’t get his due, if he wouldn’t been so cocky in the beginning of his career he would be more famous now, still nobody touching Biggie and Eminem to me!!!

  32. The Truth says:

    @ 7Mile

We don’t play in the D

  33. pienman says:

    S L A U G T H E R H O U S E

i gotta get one of their shirts! loving the movement & all the songs r most definitely tight & not that radio luke warm entrance into the mainstream…. just straight rappin, reppin… keepin lyric!

what made us ALL take notice of there entrance into this rap dominance

  34. TROLLING says:

    SLAAAAAAAUGHTERHOUSE!!

  35. 313 says:

Stop cryin like hoes. Slaughter goes the fuck in the albums is gonna be dope regardless. Yall look like some fags talkin about, if the beat is this or that, talkin about subject matter and shit. The Internet done went to these muthat fuckas heads, now everybody is a fuckin critic. If you new what the fuck you were talkin about you would be gettin paid for it. Most of the younger generation is faggot in tight clothes who wanna dance or have shit to “ride in their whip and smoke weed to”. Any member of SH would out rap your favorite artist. You name an emcee seeing SH I challenge you to do it. And dont say Nas or Jay cuz most of their shit is targeted towards rich people.

  36. ItsTheTruth says:

    @313

Ab-Soul, Kendrick Lamar, Big Krit, & Locksmith are all seeing SH. Not only are they on the same lyrical level, but they make actual better SONGS, better MUSIC. SH songs barely have any replay value because it’s just 4 ni99as spitting punchlines back and forth, and once the initial reaction to the bar is over with, nobody gives a shit about it any more. Where as Big Krit or Kendrick Lamar can spit some poetic shit on a EMOTIONAL level that sticks with you. Example:

Kendrick Lamar – Keisha’s Song, HiiiPower
Big Krit – The Vent, Dreamin, If I Fall, If I Should Die, Red Eye, Somedayz
Locksmith – Mad World, Going Numb, Gone Tomorrow
Ab-Soul – Turn Me Up, Real Thinkers, Illuminate, Beautiful Death

  37. REMO says:

GARBAGE NIGGAS.. WE NEED ROSS ALBUM ASAP THESE CLOWS IS JUS ONE BUNCH OF BARS N PUNCHLINES WITH NO REPLAY VALUE

  38. UnKnOwN says:

    REMO

Cause we all know “dee nigga can’t hold me back dee nigga won hold me back” has replay value…when I first heard it I was like damn I gotta hear that shit again

  39. Young lucci fan base says:

    *Cerial killa*

  40. ZoomZoomdadotis says:

I can fuck my nigga in the booty too this!! I can’t wait for the album to drop, I’m buying a copy for my boy toy, my gay nephews, and my gay lover omg!!!

  41. SLH 4 L says:

    ^^^ Cerial Killa LMFAO

Slaughterhouse is ill, I love how people speculate on what they can do better but have no idea what they are talking about… Acting like producers or something.

  42. REMO says:

@7MILE AND THE TRUTH THTS ROSS PERFORMING HIS YOUNG JEEZY DISS IN DETROIT WITH THE CROWD GOING CRAZY WE DONT BELIEVE U U NEED MORE PEOPLE LOOL

  43. 313 says:

@ Truth i fuck with kendrick, but tell me that you really think big krit is as lyrically talented as anybody in SH? Since when has niggas spittin punchlines not dope? Have you ever heard Royce or Budden before? example Royce-part of me or Joe Budden Black cloud. I just wanna know why every fuckin time i read comments mutha fuckas is always whinning about substance for the simple fact the feel like thats the cool thing to do. The word substance is so overused by critics it makes me sick. Every time somone drops a joint yall greedy asses are expectin the second coming and shit. If all you want is substance read fuckin poetry or go put a backpack on and pose.

  44. ZoomZoomDad-Otis says:

I’m so tired of mmg, and rozay they think their so big and bad!!!! Good music all day hos up pimps down!!!!! Okkkayyyy
