Lupe Fiasco made his way to Beantown earlier today and kicked it with DJ Hustle Simmons. Their conversation lasted over 30 minutes (gheesh!), but here’s a synopsis of what they disccused.
Hustle sits down with Lupe Fiasco & discusses various things, ranging from Lupe’s first Hip Hop influence & memory, Ramadan, his new album (Food & Liquor 2), his charity foundation & much more.
Lupe is still a great artist depsite the slow period in beat selection. I mean, seriously has the industry altered his ear?

thats whats up! i met lupe earlier today…he had to leave right away but still stopped for a picture and autograph!!! He LOVES his fans! s/o to hustle and boston
This interview was difficult to listen too, Lupe voice was WAY lower than Hustle’s. I turned my volume all the way UP and could barely hear.
His mic was mad low which is annoying but if anyone makes it to the end, this interviewer asks Lupe what Food & Liquor is. What the hell? Claiming he’s a fan but doesn’t know about the album that put Lu on the map. Weird

Dude was acting like a Stan, when out the blue he preceded to ask what is Food & Liquor is? I mean was he joking or being sarcastic?
YESSS!!!! He said I Gave You Power! I just heard that song last week for the first time and I’ve had it on rotation ever since. The song is brilliant! Nas = G.O.A.T.
