I’ve been listening to Ross since I was 8 and he gave me his mixtape at the car wash in dade county. No matter what you can say about him he’s always working and putting out music. But he need watch his health he breathing hard after every other sentence.

The GOAT. GFID album of the millennium

  3. Commenting Carl says:

Rozay is a heavyweight now he is in that upper echelon class with the Jay Z and Kanyes and Eminems of the world he is A list now and has the co sign of everybody that’s anybody in the industry and his team is the hottest out today all he needs is a female MC… so all the jokes people make about this dude don’t even apply in 2012… and if you can’t respect this dudes grind from his days from suave house until where he is today you are a hater…. he went from the Freeway Rick Ross name dispute to be bigger than the person he got the name from…… If he just wanted to go by Rozay he could…. This dude works so hard that he had a seizure twice and he overcame the correctional officer b.s, came out the 50 cent beef stronger which nobody has ever done before….love him or hate him but this dude is the modern day B.I.G.

  4. YMCMB_#1STUNNA says:

No correctional officer questions? disappointed in charlamange

  5. the One says:

Im not a Ross fan but you have to respect his hustle… If you all want to know how he surpassed a lot of people rap game it’s very simple….
HE HAS AN EDUCATION !! As simple as it may seem it’s the truth!

  6. Tre says:

haters gonna be mad when they see his first week projections tho..lool

  7. MOBB says:

This dude never went platinum though u cant compare this clown to BIG u bugging!!! And this album is by far his worst this is trash. When are we gonna get back to the music and stop dwelling on the hype, u ignorant bro!!!

  8. Commenting Carl says:

The music is good and going platinum isn’t the standard if an artist is good or not if that’s the case then vanilla ice is the goat…. biggie is one of the nicest ever but in terms of relavence in the game right now TODAY and where BIG was right before he died that is a fair comparison….lets not forget Big was from New York the mecca of hip hop and he was going through that beef with 2pac and he is dead those things put him where he is in terms of ranking too besides his great lyrics.

  9. Commenting Carl says:

    relevance

  10. MOBB says:

valid point on the vanilla ice ref. but u cant be serious about his music being good bro he says the same sh#t on every record. there are only 2 good songs on that album and he had help with both of them the record with Jay n Dre which he got left on by both of them and the record with 3000 who left him once again. point of this is homeboy’s worst album. n me being from BK hate when u fools try compare him to BIG there will never be another BIG so stop with the comparisons just cuz he fat that dont mean he nice!!!

  11. seemoregan says:

This fat n*gga need to lose weight, he was breathing heavy on the mic.

This guy is a great actor.

  12. Commenting Carl says:

To be fair biggie talked about drugs guns and material shit too and of course you are gonna be biased youre from BK but Biggie wasn’t as big as he is now until he died let’s be real now…. you tell me ashamed is a bad record you tell me maybach music 4 is a bad song pirates,16, Andre 3000 was dope on that record but so was Rozay, people just overlook his lyrics because they are too busy comparing his to the people on the track with him….right before BIG died he was at the same level where Rozay is now…I’m not talking about after he died i’m talking about where he was in the game.

  13. Commenting Carl says:

and puffy was in BIGGIES pockets… Biggie had his group label on Atlantic, but on bad boy puffy was the boss… Rozay the boss of his own shit on def jam

  14. edison says:

dis album would not place him in HIP HOP

NEVER WILL THIS ALBUM BE WITH THE CLASSICS……….

  15. jtm says:

ross never went platinum but every cd’s gold & he’s way bigger overseas now then he was before gfid will be platnum mmg the untouchables

  19. rickrossfakenigga says:

looking like a gorilla sitting there

  20. sway-z says:

The album is official, no doubt. I think it got some tracks even his biggest haters can’t front on. But you niggas drunk comparing dude to BIG.

  21. Nickey Negrito says:

I can’t compare him to Big in any shape, form, or fashion. Ricks lyrics can’t touch Big lyrics and Big been dead for fifteen years now. But I will say Rick has been more consistent than alot of dudes, including 50, but only in terms of music. Rick may become that mogul but a top notch lyricist? Never. He can’t even see his own artist Meek. Btw, Meek is that new blood to kill the game. Overall, Rick aint wack and he damn sure aint Notorious BIG!

  22. Dolla says:

Yall niggaz talking reckless….This nigga Ross album a classic and you cant tell me shit about rap you niggaz dont own a Dj Clue Spring Time Stick Up or Duop mixtapes or any of the classic mixtapes from 90′s and half you niggaz just heard Reasonable Doubt when Hov re released it and you get up here and talk that bull shit about dope lyrics and who album garbage….You niggaz aint got legs to stand on…..I remember copping mixtapes just to hear the new Nas mobbdeep Big Jay or Lox you niggaz cant tell me shit the nigga made a classic

  23. ZoomZoomDad-Otis says:

    Rozay makes laugh dude… #rossfunny

  24. ZoomZoomDad-Otis says:

    Me

  25. ultrakid says:

@Commenting Carl i see what your trying to say, i agree as far as buzz and co-signs in the industry, ross is like B.I.G. only thing is, “Ready to die” was already platinum while biggie was still alive, so he had already had that plat under his belt before he passed, plus Biggie wasn’t a officer lol, but all joking aside, Ross is getting there, this album will finally get him that type of recognition he needs to move on up to the big leagues, dude has already done songs with Estelle, Mary j. etc.

  26. JL says:

How people can compare William Leonard Roberts to B.I.G is beyond me.. THIS GUY WAS A CORRECTIONAL OFFICER.. How can you believe anything he says in his songs?

  27. Nickey Negrito says:

The only way to compare Ross to Big is by weight size. I cant even say that Big gave “swag” to big brothers because other big brothers held it down 1st e.g Fat Boys, Heavy D, Chubb Rock

But Rick’s impact is nothing like Big’s, because Big was a lyrical giant and had many flows. Ross has yet to show me different flows besides maybe 2 and his subject matter remains the same. Big talked TEN CRACK COMMANDMENTS, WARNING, SUICIDAL THOUGHTS, SKY’S THE LIMIT, TIL SOME BODY KILLS YOU….etc

Big gave us a variety, no disrespect to Ross cause he is talented but comparing him to Big is non-cipher

  28. kayandgee says:

@dolla tell em..they dont know bout that

  29. kayandgee says:

oh yea them glasses are tuff
