There is no organization or company that tracks music sales on a worldwide scale. Billboard is an american company tracking north america, and most of the their plaques are for number of units shipped, not sold. I would love to know who awarded the plaque, cuz this man and his company don’t have a worldwide following, their base is domestic. But who really gives a shit, a year or so ago Ross was handed a plaque for moving 2-2.5 mil units combined or something. niggas be awarding themselves for anything these days.
