Gunplay can breathe a little easier today after his case was thrown out by a Florida judge. While on house arrest, the rapper was facing a life sentence for his assault and robbery charge. He tells TMZ:
“Today I am grateful and blessed that the case was dismissed … I plan on picking up where I left off with my music and making hits with my upcoming debut album … The first thing I am going to do today is smoke a joint, relax, play video games, and just be with my loved ones.”

In the court systems footage isn’t always enough to conviction someone. They need audio with names, a weapon and prints. My cousin sabbed cut someone in the middle of the mall on Friday night and denied by saying it wasn’t him and walked.
The judge in the case might’ve seen that beat down G-UNIT put on gunplay and said to himself “This man has suffered enough”.
And a lot of times the people that do get convicted because of footage are the ones that get scared and take plea.
