    We already know this cat is special…but what’s the most impressive to me…being an avid fan of music and live performances…is the CLARITY of his lyrics. Kendrick has Kweli & (latter) Nas qualities where the verse can be wordy….still dope, just wordy. Granted he’s on JKL BUT T.I. was on there last week and he performed “Sorry” which is a song in the same vein/tempo as “BDKMV” and Tip wasn’t as audible as Kendrick is both there performances.

    What’s even MORE impressive is that he’s on one of the Big 6 talk shows (Leno, Fallon, JKL, Letterman, Conan, Ellen) performing mid-tempo Hip-Hop tracks. Most rap performances are all uptempo BPMs.

    Salute King Kendrick…I’m happy for this cat for real! Hip-Hop y’all!
