Loon Speaks On Prison Sentence

Amir Junaid Muhadith, a.k.a. Loon, was sentenced to 14 years in prison yesterday for drug trafficking. Back in 2011, he was taken into custody in Belgium on heroin distribution. In the interview below, he explains his side of the story and requesting character letters to the judge.

I wonder if Jim and Cam ever sit around and think about these guys they came up with. Ma$e, Loon, Max B, etc. It’s crazy that so many guys from their era who had gotten out and were making good legit money still got tied up with the streets. Sad stories of talented people making bad decisions that had horrible consequences. I pray for the families of the rappers and any victims caught in the BS. The new generation gotta break the cycle…

@Edgar “Successful” is always up to one’s interpretation. In my point of view, yes Bad Body Records has had successful Rappers. The Notorious B.I.G., Diddy, Mase, Shyne & Black Rob all received platinum plaques on Bad Boy Records.
