Was gonna say the same thing about Danny Brown. This guy was the sh*t when The Hybrid dropped. After I heard the Hybrid in 2010, I went back and checked out all the Detroit State of Mind mixtapes and thought this dude was one of the DOPEST rappers to drop in a while.
It seems like all he’s concerned with nowadays are these filler songs to get the crowd hype and asses shakin. What happened to that real sh*t like Nowhere 2 Go? Fruit Cocktail? It’s A Art?
Hopefully he comes through on Old. Still looking forward to it, but we’ll see. Don’t forget about your original fans before XXX, Danny.
