With Big Sean’s Hall Of Fame and Juicy J’s Stay Trippy upon us (August 27), Big Sean makes his return to the front cover of The Source as part of the magazine’s 16th annual Power 30 issue. His xcerpt and photoshoot below.

On Hall of Fame delay: “Even though I got signed to Def Jam, they were like, ‘you got to give us a reason to put your album out.’ I had to give them incentive to put my album out over a Rick Ross album, or a Rihanna album. I had to show them that I could do something for ‘em.”

Big Sean was talking about his first album, not hall of fame, he already said that before, and it was about his first album, because his mixtapes weren’t enough to the label to put out his FIRST album so he had to do more, because the label already got heavyweight, but again…that was about his FIRST album!
