Meek Mill returned home for his first annual Dreamchasers Turkey giveaway. The two-day event kicked off yesterday at Martin Luther King Jr. Adult Center followed by a meeting with Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter at the Hank Gathers Recreation Center.
