I think the song sounds great. I’m a fan. But I’m thinking beyond MY personal opinion. To the masses, this may not be enough to rejuvenate his career. Most of these listeners have no real context of his legacy to push interest in him. I don’t expect him to have a mike will beat by any means. But is it too much to expect an artist to evolve over time??? Wether you accept it or not…this sounds like a track that could have existed in 2001-2004. In this industry if you don’t evolve you get left in the dust. Kanye did it (evolve/experiment), I believe 50 could do it easily if he had the right people around him and the openness to do it.
