2Pac & Sanyika Shakur Phone Call

2pac_rapradar

Phone Tap.

Even from beyond the grave, 2Pac still has a big mouth. On Tuesday, a recorded conversation between Pac and former friend, Sanyika Shakur (Kody “Monster” Scott”) was uploaded to YouTube. Says Sanyika:

“This was me and Tupac’s first conversation. This was October 18th 1995. i had just gotten out of Pelican a month before, and Pac had been out a couple of days. We did not know We were being recorded. My wife pressed record on the answering machine and unbeknown to either of us, caught some bomb ass history. Ya’ll enjoy this, and check out Pac and how positive he was. This is Classic shit. It’s a Shakur thang -Sanyika Shakur

On the call, Pac talked about working on All Eyez On Me, working with Maya Angelou, community outreach, and Quad studio shooting. Listen in.

    • thelawstandfowned

You must be young as hell

  • GetReal

its hard not to believe what prodigy was saying bout him fabricating the whole biggie beef after listening to this man….still the GOAT

  • Dafuq

Damn, man. Chills. This is just more reason why the CIA assassinated Pac IMO. They couldn’t allow the last of his breed to be alive for this new generation that’s governed by big brother.

Imagine the following power Pac would of had. Not only in the streets but on that ballot, if he would have still been here and his complete plan manifested.

    Salute to the General Pac.

  • Dafuq

    oh yea, COINTELPRO.

  • Michael Davis

    #Salute!!!

  • CabriniGreeny

    The “Real”

  • sway-z

And this is why I say Pac may not have been the most lyrical, had the best flow or be the most technical, but he’s easily the greatest man to ever rap. And that’s what makes him the best rapper of all time…

  • QaadiruRashaad

    2 REAL ONES!!! #RIP2PAC

  • RayeWill

the last black male leader with the ability/power to unify the black race as a whole towards positivity and change. the last modern day Malcolm X. there are no more that will follow. he was THE last leader to have that type of following. that’s why he’s dead.

  • MsCreative1

    Love me some 2PAC

  • BCE

damn this is some real shit too. salute god

  • EastOakland510

    GOAT

  • Damien Rome

Truth is Pac knew exactly who shot him, but he fabricated that BIG beef. I’ve known that before Prodigy pointed it out, it’s blatantly obvious. It’s that kinda shit that kept me from liking Pac all the way, but I know he had a whole master plan to taking on the thug image and ditching the peaceful poet shit. I also feel like if he was alive another 5 years we might have seen that plan live out and him come back to some full-time positive shit.

  • CHICAGO

    shit just changed my life… #salute #blackgreatness
