who cares. eminem without proofs influence hardly ever re creates the sound and feel he once had. relapse was the last good full cd by the shademeister. he still had proofs influence on a lot of those songs. i imagine they worked on a few of them together(putting together the basics of the structure and harmonies/melodies) and without proof helping shady, it’s just like a man on the mic who is possessed but forgot how to rap with a flow. its very boring and dis engaging to the listener.

a few of the songs with royce were alright namely the one where he screams at the bitch because she took the relapse CD out and broke it. and the only a kiss only a kiss song. past that its just a boring rap style with no emotion in it.

I said relapse was the last good full cd. mmlp2 and recovery had some songs. namely “so bad”(dre production) from recovery and “evil twin” on mmlp2. That one in particular is classic shady/eminem right there maybe even slim/marshall. Recovery and MMLP2 both had bright *spots* but I skip too many on recovery and mmlp2. each song on relapse has at least one crazy, crazy verse however.

I mean everyone’s going to havetheir own opinions ya know. I value new Em material. He’s only dropped 3 classic albums (The Slim Shady LP, The Marshall Mathers LP, and my personal favorite The Eminem Show), and I doubt he’ll ever drop another straight classic, but I still value new material because we still get that song or two that shows us, or at least myself, what it’s all about.

Nah it just constantly reminds my of what he used to. “know when your run is over and admit when its at its end” His new fans don’t care for his raps. THey just care what pop princess he will do a song with next. Sad. Even though Sia is respectable songs like wide awake hello bagpipes from baghdad are all gone. that amazing flow and cadence that he used to spit with is gone. its now this broken punch line after punch line and its exhausting. its like he saw lil wayne do huge numbers with punch line raps that were mediocre at best and he said to himself ” I can do punch lines like a mother fucker” and now he is just old and out of touch.

Couldn’t agree more man, that’s exactly what I said when Recovery came out, it’s like he saw punchline rap is dominant and he decided to show he can do punchline rap as well, which makes him seem like he’s fallen out of touch. He is at his best when he simply does him, either a great story or a random funny song.

Like you were in the room with Proof and Em and saw them writing, with Proof giving him all the good ideas by your account. How about no?

  2. WHY DIDN’T I KNOW HE WAS A COUPLE OF BLOCKS AWAY FROM ME THOUGH? I’M FUCKIN SICK! BETTER PROMOTION PLEASE! #TIMELESS
