  6. brollya says:

where ja rule and murder inc video at? rather see ja rule den rick ross

  7. bottom side inc says:

Guess Hov was gonna need a mil to touch the stage

    1. Hov was not def jam they just distributed for Rocafella. He was president that’s about it.

      1. bottom side inc says:

X was Ruff Ryder’s/ Def Jam. Your point? “He was president that’s about it.” Meaning he was apart of their success

        1. X was signed to Def Jam & Ruff Ryders. Hov was signed to Rocafella no major label. Def jam was used for promotional use only. It would be nice to see Hov but if LL wasn’t there Hov def won’t be there. dame dash even says it in backstage hard knock life DVd when he’s cursing def jam execs on the phone.

        2. They celebrate the artist not the execs.

  8. bcro31 says:

No LL equals no Def jam. This show was garbage. No invite for the goat. Having this show without him is like having Yankee day in 2015 and jeter doesn’t get the call to join the event.

  9. whatwhaaaaaaat says:

X speaks some truth from4 min 45 seconds to 5 in 20 sec in his videos. how stupid rap is nowadays.

  10. how come LL is not part of this he built that label smh

    1. bcro31 says:

Let it be known man. That label used to be what every up & coming artist thrived to call home. They have fallen on hard times.

      1. that was the label every rapper wanted to be on or if they were creating there own label def jam was the blueprint well rap aint what it use to be

      2. FREE MAX B says:

now their biggest artist cant even go plat with the entire industry throwing him features

  11. ELZ says:

  12. pete says:

I thougt ja rule was still in jail

  13. realish says:

ll did help build def jam. but lets be real after a while ll fell off. the reeeal ones who saved def jam from sinking under for reeal was jayz dmx n nas. that’s why ll still has beef with jayz because they chose jayz for president of def jam instead of him. ll still the man though

  14. realish says:

    I meant ja rule*

  15. The Incredible Creation says:
