  4. Marko V says:

I actually can appreciate their music. Idk y but they remind me of the Lost Boys wit their adlibs soundin more like co signs rather than jus extra words. If and wen I choose to turn up I always start wit Migos now. @remarkoble1

    1. wow says:

I’m with you here, all these fake ass purists need to get over themselves. Music is music and i appreciate it all. If i want that lyrical miracle ya’ll into i know where to go, when i want energy which is mostly associated with Trap music these days i know where to go. I’m just not trying to here kendrick lamar new shit when i’m partying but i guess none of these nigaz want to hear the Migos when they making comments on Rap Radar. Lets just all have an opinion and not feel our opinion is the only opinion because unfortunately it’s not.

      1. NYComicBookGuy says:

No one’s asking for “Lyrical Miracle” rap. We just want the songs to be coherent. Biggie, Ma$e, Pun, Jay even Kendrick made club bangers and Coherent music. I’m tired of that “when I’m in the club” excuse for this nonsense hip-hop being made. That’s like saying its okay to be served half cooked food at a restaurant because you’re really there for the atmosphere. No, you’re still there to eat. it don’t have to be a home cooked meal, or even a great meal, but you’re still gonna want your food fully cooked.

        1. wow says:

Come on dude Coherent? So your argument is you can’t understand them…Last i checked these nigaz was speaking in english(ok with some ATL slang) and they actually have song concepts/themes. The hooks and the verses do make sense together, No?. I’m tired of people ignoring the obvious for the sake of having an opinion like the crowd. Your a sheep… These dudes are more than Versace. If the trap, drug money, young flashy hustler thing is not your thing then cool but y call these nigaz dumb or incoherent because they are not your cup of Tea. Like i said before, Lets just all have an opinion and not feel our opinion is the only opinion because it’s not. By the way your restaurant analogy made no sense. Simply because the food we are talking about here(Migos) is only “half cooked” in your opinion. There are people who will beg to differ. The analogy should have been more like I hate chinese food but love Italian but you make hate Italian and love chinese. That is the case here.

          1. NYComicBookGuy says:

Coherent as in coherent music (and yes understanding what’s being said would be nice too) but I never said I didn’t understand them. Also, you assume I don’t like hustle or trap music because I don’t like Migos!? Stop it, my nig. I never said I don’t like street, trap or flashy hip-hop. I fuks with a lot of other artists that fill that style. I’m just not feeling these dudes and wack niggas like them. But niggas (like yourself ) is always gonna jump out the window and on the bandwagon for what’s hot in the moment. (but I’m the sheep, Smh). I’ll give you the restaurant analogy cause you’re right, it only works if both of our opinions on “cooked food” is the same and we both know it ain’t.

          2. wow says:

This back and forth can’t be won by either of us… you will like what you like and i will like what i like… my thing is I don’t understand people who don’t like something and act as if they’re opinion is the only opinion that matters. Marko V made a comment and i agreed with him(my opinion, his opinion, not yours) Maybe the lyrical miracle thing struck a nerve? if so I apologize… The whole tirade about whether the music was coherent or not was off center because ultimately that is subjective. Like what is coherent music? Yes you didnt say you dont understand them but coherent has a definition you need to look up. I will never be one to jump out the that window, if this was last year when Versace dropped you would have had a point but these guys have dropped a few mixtapes since then(i’m pretty sure you havent heard them) and i’m comfortable saying i like what they do. Is that ok with you or does that make me some kind of weirdo or dumb or wack nigga?

          3. wow says:

Might I add this mixtape is pretty good…

          4. NYComicBookGuy says:

No at all, my G. And you’re right, it comes down to a matter of opinion. Believe me, I don’t view my opinion as the end all, be all of hip-hop music, especially since my taste tends to gravitate more towards what Papose would call “Weirdo Rap.” I just feel people tend to use the “This is music to turn up to” excuse a lot, to let bad music get a pass cause its popular. At the end of the day its all subjective. Shit, even Vanilla Ice has a platinum plaque so I cant call it.

    2. Brian B.Dot™ Miller says:

compared to the Lost Boyz?! chiillll..i get with the ad libs cause of Freaky Tah tho

      3. GetReal says:

  5. NYComicBookGuy says:

  6. Don P says:
