After 18 years in the music business, Shawn “Pecas” Costner is resigning from Def Jam, for his new role as Senior Management Executive at Roc Nation Sports. Last May, Pecas was promoted to Executive Vice President of the label. He begins his new position on December 1. Congratulations!
