After listening to this about 8 times I had to tweet it, from the soundcloud page though. Probably, and I doubt it, G-unit fans just don’t want to promote rapradar? It’s not cool to be a G-unit fan, but a lot of the music that they have been putting out has been fire.
I think it has to do with the fact that the g-unit fan on average is older and the older rap listener on average is less engaged in social media. Not born knee deep in liking and tagging things you know? So I feel like the older fans are probably silent by design. They enjoy but nowhere before were they supposed to spread it in the same way that the shit gets spread now. New music has new fans, and those new fans have new ways of sharing and liking things.
