Troy Ave “New York” album is amazing. Every track with the exception of the line about Kendrick being a weirdo. Sumn about that line rubbed me the wrong way. It just seemed too strategic. Made to create a buzz. But the whole rest of the album was about being real and smart and authentic and not chasing buzz. That one line showed me Troy’s main weakness. He’s an NY Post Rapper posing as an NY Times rapper. IMake great content and earn the respect you claim.
