Despite early reports that Shmurda would be out on bail this week, The NY Times reveals that tge $2 million bail application posted on Friday was denied today for unspecified reasons.
Back in December, Bobby and members of his GS9 crew were arrested and indicted on gang conspiracy charges. His attorney is going to try again next week.
“We’re trying to do a new bond application and are in the process in the figuring that out. We’re hoping to get it done within the next week. Bobby is not claimed to have shot anyone, he has no drug dealer weight on him. It’s simply a gun case and some phone conversations.”
