What if Tidal begins to get artist exclusive content and get more buzz?
Competitors like Spotify might pay artists a higher rate to convince them to stay with their platform instead. This is also a win, Jay Z still has albums on Spotify as well as the rest of the shareholders who are artists.
As you can see, the Tidal venture can play out multiple ways for Jay Z.
