  1. Iamstillmusic says:

Lil Wayne is the best mixtape rapper ever. Still excited for Tha Carter V

    1. Mylo says:

I disagree. He did nothing but follow gunits blueprint.

      1. Iamstillmusic says:

Every rapper followed Nas’ Blueprint hence why he’s a legend. But there are rappers who have done it better than Nas.

G Unit has never released a mixtape better than No Ceilings. Your favorite rapper has never done so. The same goes for Da Drought 3.

Lil Wayne made a career killing every hit for his entire run as the best rapper alive. G Unit hasn’t anything to measure that

        1. Mylo says:

Pac, pimp c, nor Devin the Dude released mixtapes so you right. But you wrong on most levels. Gunit did it before Wayne, Wayne did it good also, squad up and all that but he copied 50 and gunits format. Music is debatable I don’t want to hear that fake jay z flow or fake Damu raps.

          1. Iamstillmusic says:

What you’re saying makes no sense. So the person who dropped the first rap album made the best rap album ever?

The impact of Lil Wayne’s mixtapes were far above that of G Unit and till today Wayne could kill any instrumental, G Unit not so much

G Unit did it first, But Lil Wayne did it much better

          2. fuckthis says:

You must be like 12 man. From like 2002-2007ish there wasnt a song that came out that 50 and the Unit didnt take and make theres. I mean the G Unit freestyles would get more play than the original songs on the radio. Now they havent done much since then, and personally I think Wayne was more lyrical on his tapes, but as far as the impact of mixtapes nobodys has been more impactful than G-Units. The only reason Wayne even released mixtapes going over other artists beats is because 50 and then made it so hot to do that that everybody started doing it. FACTS

          3. Iamstillmusic says:

You’re saying the same thing the other dude said and I’ve acknowledged that, G Unit did it first but there is no body of work released by G Unit that compares to No Ceilings nor DD3

Also there is no individual member of G Unit who is a better mixtape rapper than Weezy, they killed bears as a group. That’s like putting outkast over Jay Z

Hence Wayne is the best mixtape rapper ever

    2. Guest says:

Nope! That “Free Weezy” tape came and went faster than a deadbeat father!

      1. Iamstillmusic says:

The Free Weezy tape wasn’t a mixtape.

There is no rapper in hip hop history better at the mixtape game than Lil Wayne

        1. Guest says:

Where can it be purchased if it wasn’t a mixtape? Not discrediting Wayne but his hitmaking days are over!

          1. Iamstillmusic says:

It was free album Einstein and the truth of the matter is, every legend is declining. No one stays on top forever and with a discography of Wayne and the amount of records he’s put out he doesn’t have to rap a day in his life

          2. Guest says:

“If you’re good at something never do it free!” – The Joker

  2. Kris Kompute says:

Meek being a flip flopping ass bitch. Don’t say the shit, then say “let drake be great”, then reiterate what you said 3 days ago once he comes with that weak ass diss track.

This entire shit smells like sushi.

    1. Barz!!! says:

meek finna body drake with his diss record tonight…..watch

      1. YOUNG NIGGA says:

then drake gone drop charged up pt 2. 40 gonna flip that first beat like only he does with bass this time and drake gonna go off like 5 am in Toronto and stay schemin

        1. TimeChange says:

so who do you think will write Charged Up pt 2 for drake?
          i’m taking bets

          1. YOUNG NIGGA says:

The verses they say Drake didn’t write are wack ass verses anyway. So hopefully no one writes for him cuz his writers have a worse pen then meek

      2. Belize says:

better come harder than he did on cassidy

  3. Peekay says:

Geez, is everyone insecure in hip-hop now?

  4. KILLA says:

Niggas can say what they want but till this day no rapper brings out the kind of response from a crowd like Lil Wayne does. He has solidified himself as a legend in the game.

      1. Iamstillmusic says:

Lil Wayne is definitely a legend

        1. Mylo says:

He is… But I mean every cat who wore the crown as the #1 rapper in the game is somewhat a legend.

          1. Iamstillmusic says:

Then why the please? He’s a legend

          2. Mylo says:

I feel like Jigga can move a crowd too. Em also.

    1. Kris Kompute says:

      Jay-Z moves mountains.

  5. el jim chapo guzman says:

Honestly Lil wayne need baby in life.

    1. Knudtsen says:

      Baby need lil wayne

      1. el jim chapo guzman says:

        They need each other.

  6. LēTeck says:

    Weezy is the greatest. Glory

  7. thedeamkid19 says:

Wayne is wack since 2008, only pussys from the mainstream and hipsters like this shit

    1. Iamstillmusic says:

Well when you’ve been rapping for 19 years you lose your love passion for the craft.

Lil Wayne had one of the best runs in hip hop ever, nothing left to prove

      1. thedeamkid19 says:

Real good musicians dont run out of passion or ideas, they get better and more complex. Wayne WAS a good rapper and thats it

        1. Iamstillmusic says:

That’s a dumb statement, have you ever tried being creative? Do you know what it means to drop 11 albums and almost 30 mixtapes all before the age of 32. He’s a fucking legend and had one of the best runs in hip hop ever

Wayne stated in an interview in 2013 that he lost his passion for music because there is no height he hasn’t reached. He does this for fun at this point. He has nothing left to prove whatsoever

          1. thedeamkid19 says:

You are some stupid motherfucker, he being running in circules for a fucking decade and everything before that was boring, he had like 3 good years and the rest is riding the wave of those succesful mixtapes

          2. Iamstillmusic says:

Incorrect sir, he was the best rapper alive for 5 years, dropping mixtapes every 3 months. That’s unheard of bro, this is the same dude who went platinum in 10th grade

          3. thedeamkid19 says:

from the drought series to de carter 3, the rest is ass

          4. Iamstillmusic says:

No Ceilings that came out 2 years after Tha Carter 3 is ass? That’s one of the best mixtapes ever

Why do people who don’t even listen to Lil Wayne love to hate him. You’re trolling bro

          5. thedeamkid19 says:

            Cause is boring, and yes

  8. YGG says:

Can’t wait for a meek track so I can her him talk about ridin around with the top down like every song he has. Meek got some nerve talking about someone’s pen game

    1. Notfunny says:

Any nigga got a problem? Run up on my twitter page & catch a tweet!

      – Meek

  9. SapToad says:

Lil Wayne and Nicki let Meek talk greasy about their nigga tho.SMH

  10. KushKiddBigg says:

The “Game” lacking right now. Its dead, so this well scripted “act” they’re performing is an age old marketing tactic that is designed to do one thing, GET YOUR DOLLARS!
