When its hype its just hype but when you make quality music that connects with an audience hits, people go out and buy it. When hype is forced on you without quality to back it, it doesn’t usually translate into long-term sales which is why Ross falls short.
Ross needs major looks and help from other people’s star power to garner mainstream attnetion and even with that attention it doesn’t translate into sales or tours.
I can speak about the sales and how well the music is received because I see all the money they put into marketing this shit and they are marketing it to me right? I am the consumer right? Then I have a right to be able to critic the entire process if I want.
