  1. Selorm Amuzu says:

Grammy really wants the Hip-Hop involvement !!!! Congrats to Kendrick still !!!

    1. Kris Kompute says:

They still making up for robbing GKMC.

      1. Selorm Amuzu says:

        Kinda overcompensating now lol

  2. Pill Cosby™ says:

Back 2 back nominated for a grammy, Meek that’s fucked up, diss songs getting nominated now, hahaha

    1. Kris Kompute says:

I thought the same shit lol

    2. Iamstillmusic says:

It doesn’t deserve to, but then again it wasn’t a real diss song

      1. hiphopisdead says:

why don’t you think that was a real diss song G?

        1. Iamstillmusic says:

Because it wasn’t. It wasn’t no ether, no hit me up, no takeover. Just a catchy polite diss for Drake to become more popular before his album 5th album drops. Nothing real. Jay Z called him a woman, Kendrick called him a sensitive rapper and he decides to reply Meek who isn’t shit on the first place because that’s an easy win

          1. hiphopisdead says:

Honestly, I didn’t catch Hov or Kendrick call drake that. Meek actually said his name and accused him of ghost writing so it makes sense why drake went for meeks head. Other than that, i would agree that it wasn’t the greatest diss track in history.

          2. Iamstillmusic says:

Listen to We made it, the Jay Z remix, then listen to the BET cypher for Kendrick in 2013. What I don’t understand is Drake fans are saying that it’s normal for rappers to have ghostwriters so why did Drake diss Meek? Knowing that if a real MC stepped up to him he wouldn’t do shit.

          3. Da Business says:

U have a point but, the difference between what Jay and Kendrick did/do and what Meek did is simple. Meek shit was a str8 call out, whereas Jay/ Dot were subliminal. And Drake did respond back to them subliminally.

Back 2 Back is definitely a diss song tho. Besides Charlie Sheen, Meek took the biggest L this year…

          4. Iamstillmusic says:

I disagree, Jay Z called Drake a woman straight up, “Mrs. Drizzy” and Drake didn’t do shit. Back to back was a ‘diss’ but it a weak ass one and Drake is still too pissy to call out names. Twitter won the battle for him and not his bars. He didn’t even deny ghostwriting

          5. hiphopisdead says:

Kendrick and Drake have been subliminally dissing each other ever since Kendrick’s control verse. Drake has too many fuckin’ people riding his wave, which is why he got away with having a ghostwriter. Having a ghostwriter should take away any rappers credibility. But I wouldn’t mind a Kendrick and Drake beef.

          6. Iamstillmusic says:

            Kendrick would eat him alive

  3. Pill Cosby™ says:

Record of the year? song of the year? what’s the damn difference?

    1. Kris Kompute says:

Record of the year is for the artist (vocal) performance. Song of the year is for the songwriter. In hip-hop, usually it’s the same person/people. Hence, why a hip-hop artist never wins both.

      1. DoughboyToad says:

But if u are Kanye it matters since he don’t write his shit

  4. Sonic says:

To Pimp a Butterfly is absolutely what defines hip hop. Kendrick ties in his messages with his lyrics so well, the message is incredible, and makes positive impact on society. He’s an artist in every sense of the word. Absolute masterpiece.

    1. Kris Kompute says:

      Finally, you spew some sense.

    2. Da Business says:

      😳😳😳😳
      Whoa…

Salute to u if that’s how u really feel.

Part of me tho, feel like u’re trolling.

      1. Sonic says:

That’s how I feel. I used to be sarcastic all the time until people started getting their feelings hurt.

    3. Guest Who's Back says:

*Face Palm* Stop trolling Felicia! Either that or you’re borderline schizophrenic because you don’t go from shading artists like Kendrick for the past year and then suddenly become a fan? Sarcasm? Psh! Trolling 101 combined with multiple personality disorder #ByeFelicia #GoSeeYourTherapist

      1. Michael Ib bett says:

Why are you on every one of his posts calling him felicia. Last years corny joke that girls would say to each other.

        1. Guest Who's Back says:

Smmfh? Sarcasm! Look it up Michael

      2. GetReal says:

        1. Guest Who's Back says:

Your mother’s lame for birthing an idiot who obviously doesn’t understand sarcasm! Go get your fucking shine box

      3. Room 222 says:

Isn’t “Face Palm” and “Bye Felicia” something girls and gay gugs say!?!

        1. Guest Who's Back says:

Not sure what a “gay gug” is but here’s a bag of dicks to hold while you figure that out! Run along Corky

          1. Marcia Kolb says:

Yahoo CEO, Marissa Meyer has gone so far as to Support the practice “Work at home” that I have been doing since last year. In this year till now I have earned 84k dollars with my pc, despite the fact that I am a college student. Even newbies can make 39 an hour easily and the average goes up with time. Why not try this.

  7. Kris Kompute says:

Drake can finally stop calling IYRTITL a “mixtape” now. Mixtapes don’t get nominated for Grammys.

    Great marketing ploy though.

    1. DoughboyToad says:

It was to get out of Cash Money. Drake is smart man.LMAO

      1. Kris Kompute says:

What a Time to Be Alive was still released through Cash Money

      2. hiphopisdead says:

Isn’t he still under Cash Money though?

  8. DoughboyToad says:

    “Back To Back” – Drake

Meek is taking an L if he wins.LMAO

Kendrick will sweep the rap category
I hope J.Cole wins at least one

    1. Kris Kompute says:

Like his idols Nas and Pac, I doubt Cole will ever win a Grammy.

He doesn’t play the politics, could careless about the radio and will almost always release an album the same year as Drake or Kendrick.

  9. DoughboyToad says:

    King Kendrick

  10. Kris Kompute says:

Surprised that “Hotline Bling” didn’t get a nomination. Fits every criterion.

    1. Lol says:

When it comes to j.Cole “dope and underrated” is what u always utter FANBOY

      1. Kris Kompute says:

You got me confused. Yo dumbass can’t even stalk right!

    2. Michael Ib bett says:

Maybe it was released or charted after the deadline

      1. Kris Kompute says:

Deadline is in December. Was released in July. Before back-to-back.

Supposedly Cash Money didn’t submit it.

    3. Mr. J1s says:
