The “hype” that came from the song lasted for years… So nobody had to “believe” the hype because the hype was a FACT not a “belief”. That particular song did what it was meant to do and within the lyrics the message was delivered and received. So its not “belief” in what nobody has actually seen or heard, it was seen, heard and felt in reality. The hype generated afterwards was a fact not a “belief”. Not to mention several songs after that…

Here’s my theory: This might be a marketing move to subtly reintroduce him to the general public. Second, the painted picture at the end might be his album cover. Third, there might be more to come. Anyways, here’s hoping Jay Electronica drops the album.
