New Album: Big Sean ‘Detroit 2’

Come back home with Big Sean and his fifth studio album, Detroit 2.

As a follow-up to his 2012 mixtape, Detroit, Sean Don continues the series with a moment of clarity on his lead single “Deep Reverence” featuring the late Nipsey Hussle. Elsewhere, he reflects on growth and religion with “Harder Than My Demons“.

Detroit 2 is packed with 21 tracks featuring a star-studded line up of guests including Post Malone, Ty Dolla $ign, Jhene Aiko, Dave Chappelle, Dwele, Anderson .Paak, Wale, Earlly Mack, Young Thug, Hit-Boy, Travis Scott, Diddy, Key Wane, Erykah Badu, Lil Wayne, Stevie Wonder, and Dom Kennedy.

In addition, the set finds Sean reuniting with Jhene Aiko as TWENTY88 for their duet “Time In” and also linking with some of Detroit’s finest (Eminem, Royce 5’9″, Tee Grizzley, Boldy James, Kash Doll, 42 Dugg, Sada Baby, Drego, Cash Kidd, and Payroll” for a “Friday Night Cypher”.

This marks Big Sean’s first project since his 2017’s I Decided. album and his collaborative album with Metro Boomin, Double Or Nothing.

    This is a compilation is what this is. Sean could never make this work on his own.
