Travis Scott “Franchise” Debuts At No. 1 On Billboard Charts

It’s lit.

Travis Scott has just scored his fourth No. 1 debut on the Billboard charts.

This week, his latest single “Franchise” occupies the top seat on the Billboard Top 100, and now becomes the only artist in history to debut three consecutive chart-toppers within a year. In October of 2019, his “Highest In The Room” debuted at No. 1 followed by “The Scotts” with KiD CuDi this past May. Travis earned his first with “SICKO MODE” back in December 2018.

In its first week, “FRANCHISE” opened with with 19.4 million U.S. streams with 98,000 sold and 40,000 digital downloads.

Travis Scott now ties Drake for the most No. 1 debuts for a male act in Hot 100 history and the fifth overall act following Ariana Grande with four and Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, and Drake with three each.

As for as the song’s collaborators, Young Thug scores his second No. 1 following 2018’s “Havana” with Camila Cabello, while M.I.A. earns her first. Congrats!
