HDD estimates the album sold approximately 980,622 copies in its first week. If the tally holds up, it’ll be the highest selling album so far this year. Check back in tomorrow.
UPDATE: 968,000 via Billboard. In addition to racking in his second #1 solo album, this also marks his his highest sales week in his solo career and 19th highest in Soundscan history.
