No Shots.

The Tonight Show band delivers another dark concept album. Sadly, this collection proves to be too challenging a listen and ultimately, lacks replay value.—EW

That shit was way beyond disappointment. That shit was garbage.

  7. Strong Enough says:

they should stop wasting their talent and stop playing house band for Jimmy and make some fuckin records

Listened to it once. kept it moving..

  9. Matthew J says:

Say whatever you want but a “disappointing” Roots album is still greater than any other band’s “greatest” album. You need to open your ears.

  10. Jay Hamilton says:

Their best album since Game Theory (hard to top that one.) It’s short and a decent chunk of it isn’t hip-hop at all, but a great album anyways. I’ve listened to this on repeat more often than not; huge replay. Drums, samples, rapping, concept, everything’s great.

Lupe’s new album gonna suffer the same fate.

Really??? This album was Art. straight up. And then you shoot your cousin represented the Ghettos, Poor, Lost, and Hopeless. Ya’ll to busy turning up and being waay to disconnected to see what they did with this project. i respect them for continueing to take artistic freedoms and grow as musicians/artist
