Hip-hop’s flavor of the month, packed out S.O.B.’s last night for his New York City debut. Flanked by nearly a dozen people, Keef performed a handful of tracks including his money maker, “I Don’t Like”. I’m afraid of the future.
For those who are still waiting, Chief Keef’s project, Finally Rich with DJ Drama is still on the way. But until then, here’s a new remix featuring Yo Gotti. Oh boy, what an upgrade.
After Jeezy hit the stage to “Fuck The City Up” during this past weekend’s Hot 107.9 Bday Bash, he brought Interscope’s latest signee for a performance of “I Don’t Like”. Shot by Cam Kirk.
Guess the other labels are that shit he don’t like. During yesterday’s Hot 107.9 Bday Bash, Chief Keef told MTV he inked a deal with Interscope Records. Um, congrats. Keef says:
“I’ve been talkin’ to a lot of labels, but I just noticed that Interscope got people like 50, Eminem. They was talkin’ good to me. They was talkin’ like I was talkin’ and I liked that. All these other labels, I was talkin’ to ‘em, but it’s time anyway for me and I’m goin’ with Interscope.”
Keef’s mixtape is slowly making its way on the ‘net. Over a spooky beat, he flexes a few of his lyrics for its latest leak. It’s pretty short, which is a good thing for our ears.
Chief Keef has his eyes on a few labels, and with Waka Flocka plugging his Triple F Life on Chicago’s WGCI, Mr. Flame spoke to DJ Moon Dawg on his interest in the city’s rising talent and gave some advice.
After the jump, 2 Chainz speaks on how he linked up with Kanye, the controversial tweet, his mainstream success, his upcoming debut album, Based On A TRU Story and more.
As if the Club Paradise tour didn’t already have a sufficient line-up, Drake surprised the First Midwest Bank Amphitheater last night and brought out hometown fave Chief Keef onto the stage. Seems like everyone liked it, no?
Keef’s new mixtape, Finally Rich with DJ Drama was supposed to drop last week, but today we get a cut from the project featuring GBE’s latest recruit, Chief Chapo. Uh, way to go, Internets?
