Three months after its theatrical release, VH1 gave a broadcast premiere of Something From Nothing: The Art Of Rap documentary. Directed by Ice-T, the film explores the origins and growth of Hip-Hop with interviews and performances from plenty of our pioneers and a few of our present artists. Ice-T visited Angie Mar this afternoon to plug his documentary The Art Of Rap. He spoke on its production, promotion and the NYC screening’s after-party. Make sure you see it in theaters now.
