Let’s Hear It For The Boy.

I view this
website, and sift through the comments, every day. This is my first time
posting a message. If B. Dot or rapradar.com management cannot block "THE
REAL mac DIESEL" from posting
comments, then the company should seriously considering taking legal action
against him, in an attempt to secure some sort of judicial injunction. The
injunction should bar him, and/or any aliases that he creates, from using this
site. I'm a law student, and although I don’t plan on practicing
litigation, I feel confident that "THE REAL mac
DIESEL" has no constitutional protections granting him free right to
post the type of incendiary content that he writes on the website day in and
day out. I’m sure any court would admit the evidence that you have in your
possession, which documents him systematically posting insolent comments,
heckling other users, and lashing directly out against rapradar.com staff who have
asked him to respect the online forum. As a loyal customer, I can honestly say
that his comments (and presence on this site) negatively affects my consumer
experience, in a truly significant way. I'm often tempted to never re-visit the
site. And I'm sure his rants have permanently driven away a portion of your web
traffic. If I were in your position, I'd strongly consider pursuing some sort
of tortious interference claim, arguing that this user is affecting the operation
of the business. I wouldn’t be surprised if “The REAL mac DIESEL” came for me
in response to this argument, only further proving my suggestion valid.
You're just a disrespectful fuck, that's all.
SMH. Since when does views of a song determine if its good or not?
