Stunting to the max, ain’t so wavy. After an ongoing battle, NJ.com reports an appeals court upheld the murder conviction of Max B in New Jersey this afternoon. The Harlem rapper was convicted in 2009 for orchestrating a 2006 murder and robbery.

From the State Prison in NJ, Biggaveli phoned into Statik Selektah’s ShowOff Radio show last night and touched on his future projects, new management situation and his ongoing battle for an appeal.

Max B has a story to tell. Despite being behind bars, Max will add author to his resume with his upcoming memoir. The project will also be released on Blu-ray. Max Biggaveli is currently serving a 75 year sentence for orchestrating a murder and robbery back in 2006. In March of 2010, the rapper was granted an appeal in the murder case. So wavy baby.
