Mister Cee appeared in New York Criminal Court this morning and plead guilty to loitering for the purpose of engaging in a prostitution offense. Cee has to complete three months of counseling and return to court at a later day. The charge is also unsealable. Back on March 30th, the Hot 97 DJ was arrested at 4 a.m. for engaging in a sex act with 20-year-old male prostitute, Lawrence Campbell. mtv

The Smoking Gun got a hold of the police report filed against Hot 97 personality and DJ, Mister Cee. Cee was arrested last week in New York for engaging in a sex act with a 20-year-old male.
