It Ain’t Hard To Tell will be co-written by journalist Touré and will delve into past relationships with Carmen Bryan and Kelis; beefs with Jay-Z and Bill O’Reilly; and his mother’s tragic battle with cancer. After stating that he scrapped Lost Tapes 2, Nasir tells Rolling Stone he’s not completely ruling out the project. Take that Def Jam. “It’s still up in the air if I’m going to put out Lost Tapes II as an extra album. Hopefully we can find a timeline but the first thing is Life Is Good.”
