Like they did with Raekwon‘s OB4CL, Get On Down will be releasing their deluxe gold box set of Nas’ classic, Illmatic. The re-release of the ’94 debut from Esco will include a CD and vinyl packaging and will be available on December 9. Complex has the scoop.

Nas and Lauryn Hill’s tour stopped at The Wiltern last night in Los Angeles. While on stage, Esco brought out Anthony Hamilton for the soulful “Comin’ Where I’m From” and their collabo, “World’s An Addiction”. That Comin’ Where I’m From album was something else. ”A Queens Story” after the break.
Joined by collaborator Anthony Hamilton, Nasir hit up Conan O’Brien’s late night show with a live rendition of track 7 off Life Is Good. It sure is.
