As much as I feel Officer Ricky and Gucci SHOULD NOT be on this list and that 50 should have been hired, you gotta remember: this is MTV we’re talking about people. Let’s face it, MTV isn’t exactly known for playing music, they’re known for reality shows like The Hills or scripted dating shows. Now if it was BET (or even VH1 for that matter), a channel that actually plays music videos and aims towards the black community, doing the list, then it would be a different story.
