Fab took to Twitter this morning and tried to make sense of the fuckery surrounding him and 50 Cent. Yesterday, he questioned 50’s motives behind his Thisis50 Fest last weekend. Though Loso clarified that he was wasn’t dissing 50, Curt said he was disappointed by the inquiry and implied that Fab was a turncoat.

Whatever the motivation, Fab’s entitled to his opinion. Fif’s no dummy. He’s shrewd and abides by Robert Greene’s 48 Laws of Power. Hell, the author even co-wrote 50’s book, The 50th Law. On the surface, the concert was a great sign of camaraderie. But according to Law #12 of the 48 Laws:

One sincere and honest move will cover over dozens of dishonest ones. Open-hearted gestures of honesty and generosity bring down the guard of even the most suspicious people.  Once your selective honesty opens a hole in their armor, you can deceive and manipulate them at will.  A timely gift – a Trojan horse – will serve the same purpose.

Perhaps I’m being cynical. Maybe 50 didn’t have an ulterior motive. Either way, Before I Self Destruct hits stores next month.
