Beyoncé is expected to testify in court next month regarding the rights to her track, “Cater 2 U”. Chicago songwriter Rickey Allen claims he was the original author of the song and even penned the title the same way. Due to scheduling conflicts, the trail is now scheduled for December 10th. Why won’t they just let her Be….
