Around The NBA
The New Jersey Nets suck. No really, they do. Last night, the former Eastern Conference Champions lost to the Dallas Mavericks (117-101) and became the first team in NBA history to start the season with a record of 0-18. Nevertheless, YN and Angela Yee were spiked out.
After announcing his retirement on November 25th, Allen Iverson is returning to the NBA. Yesterday, A.I. agreed to a one year, non-guaranteed contract with his original team, the Philadelphia 76ers. According to the franchise’s website, The Answer is set return to the Wachovia Center on December 7, against his former squad, the Denver Nuggets.
Lastly, Ron Artest confessed to Sporting News that he used to drink Hennessy at halftime during his rookie year with Chicago Bulls. Hey, that’s not as bad as wanting to work part time at Circuit City. Oh wait, yes it is.
as a Nets fan, I’m hoping they do 0-82. not even for draft shit, just because they shouldn’t fuck up a great story.
Go Wizards!!
