very humble dude….i think that hip hop is moving in a more positive direction, more artists are taking an honest approach to their craft and the ones who are not are being left behind….the way it should be.

thehoodnerd, i feel you. PAWSE (Bawse). But it seems like these new niggas that are coming out seem to be a bit mellow, they ain’t got THAT edge. Remember when Em first came out, motherfucker was not afraid to say whatever he wants. When 50 first came out, nigga got on other niggas heads. Or even when KanYe first came out, he stepped out of the gangsta rap line and paved a way for himself.

^ I understand what your saying. yea I didn’t mean like I wanted the it to be all smiles and giggles I just mean that I’d like to see more honesty….like when 50 first came out you knew when he said “Get Rich or Die Trying” he meant it. A lot of aspiring “street” rap artist’s make up these tall tales about moving blocks of cocaine and having enough ammunition to put a mexican drug cartels to shame and it’s just a bunch of bs.

I feel you hood.. it isn’t about what they spew its just that none of them are real. I remember watching 50s bio or something on fuse and I had a new found respect for the dude he was doing him to the fullest and you can’t hate on that.
