LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
That is a good looking list, I can’t argue at all with the top 4 being where they are, although Blueprint 3 wasn’t my #1.
Here’s mine..
1. Raekwon – Cuban Linx 2
2. Clipse – Til The Casket Drops
3. Skyzoo – The Salvation
4. Curren$y – This Ain’t No Mixtape/Jet Files
5. Mos Def – The Ecstatic
6. Kid Cudi – Man On The Moon
7. Cage – Depart From Me
8. Tanya Morgan – Brooklynati
9. Jay – Blueprint 3
10. Royce Da 5’9″ – Street Hop,
other great ones: Fashawn – Boy Meets World, Slaughterhouse – Slaughterhouse, Del The Funky Homosapien & Tame One – Parallel Universes, J Dilla – Jay Stay Paid, Rick Ross – Deeper Than Rap, Wale – Attention Deficit..
A few of those should’ve definitely been on yalls list or at least been recognized in some fashion.. but as for order and such, no one’s gonna be the same.. I actually never peeped the Fab album and it seems like I only read good things so I’ll get on that. 50’s album… eh. It’s decent, but not one of the year’s best. Same for Em, by his standards that album was disappointing. Gucci Mane is hype in the form of a 90’s era build your own rapper kit. We so off that.
@Patrick “DEAD”
oh yeah.. Joe Budden – Escape Route, Brother Ali – Us, Blackroc, KRS and Buckshot – Survival Skills, Slug and Murs – Felt 3… all those were great too
@RJ most of dem niggaz on ya list is LAME and unheard of
Fuck this guy, he hates on Christianity and Judaism, he should be stricken down by God! Jay Z = one of the Celebrity Deaths of 2010 YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST!!!
tongue firmly up jays ass as usual.
Relapse? Even Em doesn’t like Relapse. I feel like I’d heard every single thing he did on that album done before, when it was actually shocking. All the songs and beats just came off as interchangeable to me. I think Deja Vu is brilliant, I think everything he’s done since has been great. But nothing else really said “I’m a legend who needed to make this album, this needed to be added to my discography and the hip-hop canon at large” to me off Relapse. High hopes for R2.
He should have just called it The Warm-Up (no Cole) and released it as a mixtape.
FIGURES. RAPRADAR ARE JAYZ DICK RIDERS. NO ONE CAN DENY…
GUCCI MAINE OVER MOS DEF??!????…..FUK OUTTA HEREEE
@Mark “tongue firmly up jays ass as usual.” keep your sexual fantasies at home?
wtf ?! i knew jayz wass gna b numba 1

datz a muthafukin liee nd y0u kno it
Albums missing from the top 10
– Slughterhouse
– Blakroc
– N.A.S.A
– Wale (Attention Deficit)
@ Gucci ? ? ? ? <—wtf? you gotta be kidding
Am I the only one shocked that Fabolous trash album made the list?
Fabolous album belongs on the same the list as Jadakiss album, the weak list.
my top 5 album in no particular order are jay z , 50 cent ,fabolous , eminem and rick ross.
don’t hate my opinion
Familiarity breeds contempt.
It ain’t Rap Radar’s fault that Jay-z continues to dominate the genre. The only person you should be mad at is your favorite rapper, for not stepping they game up.
This ain’t a democracy,Jigga held you down 11summers!
@e20
Co-sign!!!!
Fab’s album was a big disappointment, shocked it made the list only 3-4 joints worth listenin’ to on loso’s way.
My Top 10 Albums Of The Year
1. Gucci Mane – The State vs Radric Davis
2. Young Money – We Are Young Money
3. OJ Da Juiceman – Tha Otha Side of The Trap
4. Lil Boosie – Superbad
5. Rick Ross – Deeper Than Rap
6. Dorrough – Dorrough Music
7.Fabolous Loso’s Way
8. Eminem Relapse
9. 50 Cent Before I Self Destruct
10. Jay-Z Blueprint 3
Couldnt think of any other albums so some of these i just added for fun…..

#1 Jay-Z (DEFINITELY) IF you DISAGREE YOU SOME HATER.
Jay definatly did not deserve da number spot. Blueprint 3 was among the weakest jigga albums. I liked nigger better den dat shit.
HOVA IS STILL THE TOP DOG. CAN’T ARGUE THAT. BP3 WAS VERY GOOD, NOT THE BEST OUT OF THE TRILOGY IN MY OPINION THOUGH.
don’t act like yall didn’t know who was gonna be #1
@soiccyboy yu lil bitch bahhh
fCK gucci dis hip hop muthafuka
how yu gna throw dat nigga in da mix
okay on this list but i dont think raekwon should have been so high .. eminem should have def. been higher because I’m still bumpin’ that shit and def. slaughterhouse should be on this list no doubt
So the Gucci Mane album was better than Slaughterhouse, Maino, Ghostface, and Mos Def. I really need to hear the copy that you heard, because the one I heard was worse than some of the mixtapes.
That is the truth right there, even though I wouldn’t have had Relapse on there i’m too grown to be listening to that shit. I’m 21
ITS RAPRADAR PPL…CMON CANT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY…ITS JUS THEIR LIST THEIR OPINION…AND OF COURSE JAYZ IS NUMBER..DATS THEIR BOY…LOL….SHIT WASNT VEEN A RAP ALBUM…SHIT WASNT EVEN MOTIVATIONAL BUNCHA FEATURES FROM PPL WHO SUPPOSE TO BE HOT RIGHT NOW…ALREADY STOPPED LISTENING TO BP3…STILL BUMPIN EM’S, 50 CENT, RAEKWON ALBUMS…..RICK FALSE??? 11 summers?
if I’m not sure vol 3 kame out 11 summers ago
This list is bullshit Jay z fans didnt even like bp3 till the casket drops deeper than rap cuban linx 2 top 3 albums
DAMN no SLAUGHTERHOUSE????????????????
BULLSHIT!!!!!!! OK, I HAVE SOME SERIOUS ISSUES WITH THIS SHIT. EM’S ALBUM OUTSOLD AND OUTRAPPED EVERYONE ELSE’S ON THAT LIST, TILL THE CASKET DROPS WAS GUD BUT IT DIDNT EVEN COME OUT UNTIL JANUARY 2010. NOW, EVEN I FORGET A FEW ALBUMS WHICH SHOULD BE ON HERE BUT SERIOUSLY, THIS SHOULD BE THE LIST.
1-Relapse, Eminem (with or without Refill)
2-Blueprint 3, Jay-Z
3-K.O.D-Tech N9NE
4-Slaughterhouse, Slaughterhouse
5-Gangsta MC, Horseshoe G.A.N.G
6-The Ecstatic, Mos Def
7-OB4CL, Raekwon
8-So Far Gone, Drake (his illegaly leaked album was actually better)
9-Troubador, K’Naan
10-Attention Deficit, Wale
Honorable Mentions to: 50 Cent, his album was gritty and awesome. Asher Roth, pretty decent album and a great debut. Young Money, half the album was great but the other half was crap, I blame Wayne for that. Lastly, Snoop Dogg, who put out a decent album which is an accomplishment for his age.
Em’s shit was the best, plus he released the follow up the same friggin year. bp3 was great but not as great as Em’s. KOD could easily be contested for number one if it sold more but that’s because tech’s an underground rapper and doesnt have a major distribution deal like all these other rappers. Slaughterhouse were beast and most of the songs on their album were freaking amazing. Horseshoe GANG had the most underrated album of the year, there were only a couple sub par songs and the rest were really really good, I was bumpin dat shit for months. Mos Def is always impeccable with his style. Raekwon did great, but there was a little filler in his album. Drake had a great album which leaked illegaly but he pulled it from the shelves, then he put out these 7 songs and called it an official album, the songs were mostly great but I think he should have rereleased the original songs too. K’Naan represented Somalia to the fullest and brought Somali hip hop to America, his songs were truly inspirational. Wale put DC on the map as a real threat, his album was stellar. All in all these albums should be the top ten, not most of the crap which RR put on it. You guys really fucked up the list. Terrible.
