Looks like the clip we discovered last night has a home. 45 King’s great production was highlighted on a Swedish TV documentary. They even spoke to the composers behind “Annie”. Amazing stuff.
Heads Up: Nation
This site is going down the drain, get B-dot grammar lessons.
Wow is it sad, that the Swedish are doing a documentary on one of the most influential hip-hop songs of all-time and nobody in the US is? Maybe hip hop is dead, but only in America. All everyone does is hate here. Look how appreciated this song is in the rest of the world, fucking classic. Glad someone appreciates the genius.
YN get to cracking on something like this in the US
[…] In this clip, 45 King tells the story of how “Hard Knock Life” was made, while Jay-Z also shares his memories of the producer and track. Kid Capri also speaks on the classic song. Updated with the full episode via RR. […]
You need to cop the making of Reasonable Doubt. Best Jay beat was Dead Presidents. Watch me play that on piano while rappin my own verse at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1k1gLFq-qw
I play Feelin It too, and Changes by Pac and Big Poppa by… Big Poppa.
Or for a better rendition of Big Poppa look up Will Ferrell as Robert Goulet singing rap classics.
this dude had the plaque in his house and didnt know Jay-Z name lol and homegirl didnt get anything damn. i dont get how people that dont listen to hip hop dont understand the words. its english man just listen
One of the illest things Rap Radar has ever posted.
Great find, but I had to watch it on the original site because I was unable to enlarge the video on the RR website (not the first time that I was unable to enlarge a video on the site, so you may want to check that for future post). Other than that this was a gem. Props to RR for the find.
