Joey IE tried to tell me but I didn’t listen. I walked into my office this morn and we had Shade 45 on (Morning After, son) and I was like, “What’s that joint, it’s kinda hot?” Come to find out it’s the Brazilian born, Florida-bred J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League MC. Now I haven’t downloaded his 4:57 PM mixtape yet, but I can co-sign this joint. Shit, I shoulda known, Khalil on the track!
Laws has a bright future ahead of him…definitely good hip-hop!
Niiiiiiiice…..
jay z the best dont u forget
You should download that 4:47, its surprisingly dope!
Downloaded this a week ago..had yet to listen to it…maybe I should because this is cold!
that beat is STOOPID!!! DJ Khalil is a beast.
heard a few songs awhile ago, liked what I heard but never downloaded it…SMH…heard a few more after I downloaded it and maybe we forgot a freshman on that XXL cover. Yeah he belongs there cuz his mixtape is better than a lot of the music being released.
Laws sucked dick for coke.
^^^ uhh That_Josh It’s 2010, there’s soooo many homo gangsters that have murder sheets and walk the streets on a daily basis. I would like to think there just as many so called “hardcore” rappers who are soft. I’ll take talent over that corny acting these nukkahs doing nowadays.
song its alright !! Khalil is a monster on the beats for real !!! he giving niggaz detox beats for days !!!
The beat is not original
It’s off the GTA chinatown wars beat mix
song is ok
Shit is dope I really like his punchlines pretty clever!
There goes the neighborhood.
funny actually. all of this HOOPLAH over the new drake joint and this is 10X doper.
Coming from someone who used to rhyme with Laws his time is well over due. Musically – He is one of the most eclectic emcees out there. If you listen to the mixtape every song is a different style and every style seems to be second nature to him. The production on this mixtape is one of an album – 9th murders it… And if you know Laws as a lyricist he is a NASTY battle MC as well. I’m glad he focused more on the making quality music but he’s got an ace in his pocket with punchlines. Easily one of the most talented up and coming…
Ok Ok. I can dig this. I gotta study a bit more before I get too excited about it – but the initial impression was good.
I saw his mixtape on livemixtapes.com a couple of weeks ago, but I didn’t think his shit would be great because I’ve never heard of him. I was wrong. I guess I would want ppl to NOT judge my mixtape by it’s cover when I put it out and judge it by the music inside. This joint is dope.
