One of the few joints off “Attention Deficit” that I fucked with.
Damn! This is probably my favorite song off of Attention Deficit, and actually one of the best-crafted songs in a while, in my opinion. I cannot wait to see what Wale has in mind for a visual.

I Fuccs with “Diary” but man Wale is looking more like Wake Flocka.

Hopefully this guy is able to still have a career after the lackluster album sales cause that shit was fire! It was really overlooked big ups to Wale nonetheless.

he’ll be dropped next CD if he moves no units
DANG! i’m surprised they gave this negroe some money for another video with them jacked up sales wished they had this amount of money behind Charles Hamilton when he was signed to the label… Wale’s a good artist tho

uptown DC says:
To actually be from DC born and raised….and have to see this dude, makes my stomach hurt. (cause he’s not even from DC) so we getting the ill rep. Lyrically he’s average. Album was decent. But its toooo apparent that he’s definitely trying to HARD to be COOL. But when youre from way out MD and always wanted to be from the city, thats what happens.
Javier says:
the label loves wale. they don’t want to drop him thats why they only shipped out 30,000.
its a win win for them..cuz he sold 28,000..so its not like they lost any money in it.
Plus wale is an artist that accepts all invities..from vma’s to a small venue he’ll do it…so I honestly see wale doing atleast 2 more albums with interscope.
Slowbot says:
@uptown DC question…..if u was born in DC..lived there for like 7 to 10..then moved to MD and been there for the remainder of ur life…ur not from DC??????????? I swear some of yall niggas jus be hatin cuz its the hot thing to do…get a fuckin life
uptown DC says:
@slowbot actually homie… he aint live in no DC 7 to 10 yrs. He claim to live a couple blocks from where i live and grew up, thats how i know homie. have a great day computer thug….lol youre probably from Gaithersburg somewhere to.
Ameriboy says:
@uptown Even if he wasnt from DC, instead of appreciating the fact that someone from our area who knows our culture and is putting us and gogo on the map, ur obviously a typical hater frm dc. Lyrically average? I think you’ve been brainwashed by all that flocka and young money
not surprising to see why no one from DC has blown up big time, first off a person can’t be from ALL of DC, if he’s from one part and the other parts don’t like him, they try their hardest to eschew and renounce him. yall the cause of your own fall. I”M NOT FROM DC AND IM TELLING YALL, YALL KILL YOUR OWN CREATIONS. If Wale is not from DC and yall won’t back him, WHO FROM DC are yall gonna back then? WHEN DC can unite behind one artist and push him forward, they’ll be given the floor to speak, until then please do us a favor and shut the hell up. Wale is the best thing that happened to yall since before time.
jeff says:
the whole nation will watch yall slowly butcher Wale, Phil Ade, Tabi, Fat Trel, hell Raheem’s own strength and grind has kept him relevatn, if these artist don’t stand their ground, DC would rather see them fail than sacrifice petty territorial entitlements. yall sad
jeff says:
good luck Wale.
uptown DC says:
@Ameriboy actually i hate that wacka flocka nonsense….DC and gogo been on the map youve been hiding somewhere and dont know your DC musicians. so when you do that we can converse further. and if i need to explain lyrically average…you’ll never get it.
@Jeff we support genuinely good artist… Philade… NICE, Tabi…unique and created his own lane definitely respectable and Raheem is the best thing in any genre of music (out of DC…in my opinion) since a verrry long time. Fat Trel only heard a small amount of his stuff but dont really check for open mic artist with no product. The few songs I have heard consist of a bunch of pussy getting, dope slanging and gun busting….dont really need to hear no more of that. Its a couple of artist also by the names of Konshens (DC) and Black Cobain (VA) who are actually NICE as well. BTW youre not even from DC so dont speak on what you dont really know. its not about territorial claims either asshole….its about not being ashamed to be real and upfront which speaks on charecter. Most of the artist you named arent from DC specifically but damn sure dont hide nor are ashamed to blast where they are from. which is the point i was making which clearly you missed homie.
genuinely good artist are supported…..gimmic ass artist arent. again this is just my opinion.
peace
yall be safe out here.
