Plies aka The Man With the ICED OUT Handcuffs……IMO Jail is nothing to play with. It’s already bad enough we have so many brothers buried alive, now we’re going to make handcuffs fashion now? Just when Beenie came out with “State Property” gear I thought that was going to be the dumbest shit, but I was wrong.
