Nas Contempt Charge Dismissed

Yesterday, a Los Angeles judge cleared Nas of his contempt of court charge after paying close to $50,000 in child support to estranged wife, Kelis. In February, the singer’s lawyer filed for contempt when Esco lagged on child and spousal support payments. In a statement, Nas said, “All I want to do is make music and raise my kids. Nothing else matters.” Throw up a fist for black power.

@Darkaqua. No way he was acting of any legal advise. The best lawyer in the world won’t matter if the client doesn’t listen. His legal did not tell him to not pay suppurt or not settle early.

Hello…in order to prove you are not able to pay the 55k a month you have to not pay it…in order to prove you are unable to do so. That is why he is now only paying Kelis 10k per month to pay off the total 300k in alimony they settled for! The IRS 3.3 million in taxes did not just appear out of thin air! Some people think Nas’ lawyeers are dumb! Nas has money and that is why Kelis was getting so much in the beginning…Nas is far from a dummy and his jewish lawyers are not dumb either! Now watch Nas 3.3 tax bill never be brought up again! For those who think nas lost this battle need rethink their logic!
