Directed by the Motion Family comes Boosie’s new video, which features his cousin and aspiring rapper, Bleek. Watching this is bittersweet though. Bleek was shot and killed early last month his hometown of Baton Rouge. Whenever Bad Azz was in town, Bleek was by his side. I didn’t know him personally, but I do remember one time, they were smoking kush in their hotel room. And to prevent the aroma from seeping into the hallway, Boosie instructed him to seal the threshold with a towel. But Bleek didn’t know how. Boosie sprung from the bed, snatched the rag, and in that voice said, “Get out the way, you ol’ rookie ass nigga!” Maybe I was high off contact, but I thought it was the funniest shit I ever heard. Man, life’s too short. Enjoy it while you’re on top.
